Ingredients
1 kg potatoes, 150 g smoked bacon, 2 onions, 250 g Fleuron des Gourmets garlic cancoillotte
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Finely chop the onions and fry them in olive oil.
Peel the potatoes and slice them.
Layer the potatoes, onions and bacon in your dish.
Pour over the Cancoillotte.
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
