Ingredients
1 Val de Saône Camembert, 2 onions, 200 g bacon lardons, 5 potatoes, A pinch of bouquet garni powder, Parsley, Garlic, Honey, Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Steam the potatoes. Meanwhile, chop the onions and fry them in a pan. When the onions are golden brown, add the bacon lardons and cook them lightly.
- In an ovenproof dish, spread out the onion and bacon mixture, adding a little powdered bouquet garni. Cover this mixture with the potatoes, cut into thick slices.
- Slice the Val de Saône Camembert. Cover the potatoes with the Val de Saône Camembert (rind side up). Sprinkle the Val de Saône Camembert with a little chopped garlic and parsley.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 160°C. After 15 minutes of cooking, the Val de Saône Camembert will have melted; this is the moment to brush it with 2 tablespoons of honey. Return the Camembert to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Finally, once the honey has melted and the Val de Saône Camembert has coated the potatoes, all that remains is to enjoy.
