Ingredients
1 kg Brie Pâturages Comtois, Garlic, Parsley, Butter, Puff pastry
Preparation
Take a 1kg Brie, cut it in half (horizontally) and place it in the fridge.
In a bowl, mix together some garlic, parsley and a little butter (the quantities depend on your taste). Take the Brie and spread the mixture between the two halves. Return to the fridge to allow the flavours to blend.
After ten minutes, take the prepared Brie out and wrap it in puff pastry.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at gas mark 5 or 6, keeping a close eye on it.
Turn up the heat towards the end to brown the top.
You can then serve it on a bed of salad, accompanied by vegetables.
