1 Camembert Val de Saône, 2 sheets of puff pastry, 6 frankfurters, A few cherry tomatoes, 1 egg yolk, Sesame seeds

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the 6 knackis.
  3. Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry.
  4. Remove the rind from the top of the Camembert, then place it in the centre of the puff pastry.
  5. Brush the Camembert with egg yolk, then place it in the centre of the puff pastry.
  6. Cut the pastry, stopping short of the edge, to create 24 strips.
  7. Place the knackis on top and twist them.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
